Stored product pests are small bugs and insects like moths, beetles, weevils or grain borers that infiltrate pantry products. These creatures are most often found in flour, rice or other dark, warm and dry foods. Once these pests find their way inside, they will likely spend their entire life inside of the food source. Unwanted animal contaminates can happen during any stage of the food storage or transportation process.
