WE’RE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL YOUR PEST CONTROL QUESTIONS

No, the products we use have no odour and have very low mammalian toxicity (not harmful to humans when used and applied correctly) so you don’t have to leave your home. Some people, such as pregnant women, young children, severe asthma sufferers and your pets, might prefer to go outside while the interior is treated, but we do not fumigate so the spray dries very quickly and you can go back inside upon completion. If you would like further details of the products we use, please see our further information page for the MSDS or contact our office.

Yes. We inspect the roof void, subfloor, the inside and outside of the house, any fences, retaining walls, decks or pergolas, garages, sheds and trees if applicable.

There’s nothing we can do about the weather, but don’t worry, we stand by our warranties. Generally, if it rained after about 30 minutes after the spray all should be OK. If you notice any problems, call our office and we will arrange a technician to retreat the problem areas for you.

If you have had an Exterra termite baiting system installed, the infestation has been eliminated and the term of the contract is up, you have the option for us to continue to monitor the stations for an additional 12 months, or you can do it yourself for a much-reduced cost.

If you choose to monitor the stations yourself, it is an easy process that you carry out each month. You will be opening each station, looking for any mud on the timbers and recording your findings on a sheet to send back to us. Your technician will show you how to do this. If you have any problems or find termites, just let us know and we will be able to assist you. We offer full support to clients who have selected this option, and if you are living at the property it is a great way to save money on termite monitoring.

We are still a family company. The present owner, Ron, is the son-in-law of Bruce Livermore and the company employs another family member in the office. We offer the latest products and technologies with old-fashioned customer service and reliability.

All of our technicians are TAFE qualified, WorkCover licenced and fully insured. Additionally, our inspectors have completed additional training for relevant products, techniques, safety and specialist pests. All of this makes them a valuable asset to our company and our clients. All of our technicians have a minimum of 24 years of experience.

Simply because it is important for you to be able to trust the person who you allow into your home. This allows us to provide a consistent standard of service to our clients who are able to rely on our quality service and reputation. It also allows your technician to become familiar with the specific details of your property and the work that has been carried out over time.

Simply because if we cannot see the complete system, there is no way of knowing if it was installed correctly. Due to our concern for the environment and your family, we will not charge a system that could be leaking, running into a drain or not actually offering your home any protection.

Sure, drop them into our office and if there isn’t a technician there at the time, just leave it with our office staff with your name and number and we will call you back. Please do not attempt to collect spiders, snakes, bees or wasps as these creatures can be very dangerous and depending on the species or your allergies, even deadly.

The difference is AS4349.3 covers more. As well as inspecting for termites, we also report on wood rot and borers. Livermore Pest Control offers this as a standard service because we believe just inspecting for and reporting on termites is only doing part of the job. If there is evidence of borers or rot under your floor or in your roof, wouldn’t you want to know about it before the damage becomes more extensive and costly to repair?
